2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons Graza Olive Oil
1 tsp sugar
¾ cup cold water
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together.
Mix until the dough forms a cohesive ball.
Knead the ball for five minutes. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, roll each into a ball, and let them rest for 5 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each ball into an approximately an 8-inch circle.
Cook on a preheated griddle or pan for 3-5 minutes on high heat (flip halfway).
