1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 (28 oz) can Cento San Marzona Tomato’s
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
3/4-1 can water
1 lb ground beef
2 eggs
⅓ cup plain panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup milk
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Heat oil in a dutch oven and add garlic until fragrant.
Add tomatos, italian seasoning, and ½ can of water.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Stir frequently.
Break up tomatos with the spoon or potato masher.
Add in meatballs and add up to ½ can more of water. Stir and let simmer for 2 -3 hours stirring frequently, until sauce thickens.
Serve on top of pasta!
Soak breadcrumbs in milk until soft.
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and thoroughly mix by hand.
Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and follow sauce recipe step 5 and 6.
