1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced

Method
Preheat oven to 400°F. While the oven heats, thinly slice your chicken breasts into even, bite-sized strips or cutlets so they cook quickly and evenly.
Take a portion of your bourbon glaze and in a mixing bowl, generously toss the thinly sliced chicken with your prepared Bourbon Glaze until every piece is completely and beautifully coated.
Arrange the chicken in a single lawyer on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Top with your favorites, drizzle on some of the remaining bourbon glaze, and enjoy!
Tip: If you're running short on time, you can absolutely simmer your bourbon glaze on the stovetop while the chicken cooks in the oven. Just keep in mind that it won't have as much time to cool and thicken up into that perfect syrupy consistency before you assemble!
