2 lbs beef chuck roast
4 hot banana peppers
5 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
2 ½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp dry dill
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp ranch dressing mix
½ - 1 cup water
Slice the banana peppers. Remove the seeds if you want to reduce the heat.
Place the chuck roast into the crockpot.
Add the butter, sliced banana peppers, water, and dry seasonings.
Cover and cook on high for 6 hours, or until the meat is tender. Add more water as needed.
